Sandeshkhali case: CBI takes over Bengal post-poll violence probe; files FIR against former TMC leader Sheikh Shahjahan

The CBI has taken over the investigation into the 2019 post-poll killings of three BJP workers in Sandeshkhali, West Bengal, following a Calcutta High Court order. An FIR has been registered against Sheikh Shahjahan, the alleged prime accused and former TMC leader.
