'Feel like a mermaid': River Seine reopens after century-long ban; Parisians rejoice 'childhood dream'

After a century, Paris has reopened the River Seine for public swimming, a legacy of the Paris 2024 Olympics. The reopening follows a €1.4 billion cleanup.
