‘Not going to make it’: Father of 2 dies in Texas flood while saving family; almost cut his arm ‘clean off’

In a tragic Texas flash flood that claimed 50 lives, 27-year-old Julian Ryan died a hero while saving his family. As the Guadalupe River surged into their home, Ryan punched through a window, severely injuring himself, to help his mother, fiancée, and children escape.
