Amidst fervent anticipation for Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana, rumours of Bobby Deol portraying Kumbhakarna have been quashed by sources close to the production. While Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash are confirmed as Lord Ram, Sita, and Raavana respectively, the film, slated for a Diwali 2026 release, will not feature Deol.
