Tainted candidates can't apply for school jobs, rules Calcutta HC
Posted
Calcutta High Court has barred candidates identified as tainted in the 2016 Bengal SSC panel from participating in the fresh recruitment process for 35,726 vacancies, directing SSC to cancel their applications. The court refused to interfere with marks allotment and age relaxation issues to maintain the Supreme Court's timeline for the recruitment.
