SpaceX successfully launched the Starlink 10-28 mission on Tuesday, deploying 28 broadband satellites into low-Earth orbit from Cape Canaveral. The Falcon 9 booster achieved its 22nd flight, landing on the drone ship. Furthermore, Starlink is providing aid to Texas flood victims with free service and enabling basic texting through Direct to Cell satellites in affected counties.
