US Texas flash floods: Death toll climbs over 100; 160 still missing

Following the deadly flash floods in Texas during the Fourth of July weekend, the number of missing individuals has surged to over 160, according to Governor Greg Abbott. Kerr County accounts for most of the missing, many of whom were visiting the Hill Country.
