Vivian Spohr, the wife of Lufthansa's CEO, is under investigation for negligent homicide after fatally hitting 24-year-old Gaia Costa with her car in Sardinia. Costa was using a zebra crossing when the incident occurred. Spohr, who was driving with her daughter, stopped after being alerted by a passerby and subsequently underwent negative alcohol and drug tests.
