‘Has a right’: Court clears ex-Kejriwal aide Bibhav Kumar’s Sri Lanka family vacation; sets strict conditions

A Delhi court has granted permission to Bibhav Kumar, former aide to Arvind Kejriwal, to travel to Sri Lanka for a family vacation from August 13-22. Kumar, accused of assaulting AAP MP Swati Maliwal, sought the trip for personal commitments. The court found no flight risk, noting his family duty and prior passport renewal approval.
