SIRAHA: Police have arrested a youth with more than two quintals of illegal marijuana in Malah Tole, Aurahi Rural Municipality-5 of Siraha. According to Birendra Kumar Paswan, Information Officer at the District Police Office, the arrested individual has been identified as 23-year-old Ram Udgar Malah.
