In the US, 7 in 10 girls say college is key to jobs and life success, new poll shows

A new AP-NORC poll reveals that 62% of US teenagers consider graduating from university highly important for their future, with girls showing stronger support than boys. Despite concerns over tuition fees and life challenges, teens see higher education as vital for employment and life skills. The survey highlights a growing gender gap in college aspirations and suggests many teens believe achieving traditional milestones like home ownership and family life is harder than it was for their parents.
