Odisha student sets self ablaze over 'harassment': UGC sets up 4-member panel; team will be led by GGIPU's professor

Following the tragic self-immolation of a B.Ed student in Balasore, Odisha, the UGC has formed a four-member fact-finding committee. This panel will investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident, including allegations of sexual harassment against the head of the education department.
