Posté
The Delhi High Court has ruled that disseminating radical ideology on social media, even without a physical act of terror, can fall under UAPA provisions. This decision came as the court denied bail to an operative of "The Resistance Front (TRF)", citing his online activities of posting terrorist photos and inciting violence.
