‘Japanese First’ talk takes centre stage ahead of polls

Ahead of elections, Japan's upstart Sanseito party is gaining traction by campaigning against immigration, pushing the government to address anxieties about foreigners. The party, born on YouTube with conspiracy theories, is broadening its appeal with a 'Japanese First' platform. While projected to win a limited number of seats, it's further weakening PM Ishiba's minority government.
