Meta has apologized to Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah after its Kannada translation tool made a serious error. The tool inaccurately translated a condolence message about actress B Sarojadevi's death. The translation error caused public outrage. Siddaramaiah criticized Meta for the faulty translation. He also warned citizens about translation inaccuracies.
