Former England captain Paul Ince has been handed a ban for being caught driving over the legal alcohol limit in Cheshire. The incident occurred on June 28. A police officer witnessed Ince's car swerving. The ex-Liverpool, Manchester United player admitted to having consumed two drinks before driving.
