Naresh Kumar was arrested in Meerut for allegedly killing a community dog. He repeatedly slammed the dog onto a road in Sisoli. A video of the incident surfaced, sparking outrage. Sonia Gautam from Sarayu Animal Welfare Society filed a complaint. The FIR was registered at Mundali police station. Police are investigating previous similar crimes by the accused.
