B S Nagesh retired as Shoppers Stop chairman after 34 years, during which he significantly influenced the company and Indian retail. Nirvik Singh, with extensive experience in advertising and brand strategy, has been appointed as the new chairman. The retailer also reported an 8.6% increase in operational revenue for the first quarter of June 2025.
