Sharjah is building a new mountain road to Khorfakkan’s highest peak, reaching 1,100 metres above sea level. Designed for tourism, the route will feature trees, water canals, and hillside homes. With cooler winter weather and scenic views, the project aims to turn the area into a major seasonal destination, while also supporting nearby mountain villages.
