Hundreds gather for Fauja’s final journey

Fauja Singh, the 114-year-old marathon runner, passed away after being hit by a car. His funeral took place with state honors in his native village of Beas. Many people including Governor Gulab Chand Kataria and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann paid their respects. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also shared a message.
