US crash horror: Stolen car rams bench killing two in Chinatown; investigation underway

In Manhattan's Chinatown, a stolen car speeding through Bowery and Canal Streets resulted in the tragic deaths of cyclist Kevin Scott Cruickshank and pedestrian May Kwok. The vehicle, driven by Autumn Donna Ascencio Romero, collided with Cruickshank and Kwok before crashing into an NYPD van.
