Over 200 planes affected: Why Alaska Airlines has requested ground stop for its entire fleet; key details

Alaska Airlines grounded its entire fleet of over 200 aircraft on Sunday evening due to an IT outage, according to an FAA notice. The ground stop also affected Horizon Air flights, a regional subsidiary.
