Fake Pakistan clip shared to incite riots during kanwar yatra; three arrested in UP; ISI link being probed

Uttar Pradesh Police arrested three men for circulating a fake video, falsely claiming the killing of Muslims and aiming to incite communal tensions during Kanwar Yatra. The accused, Nadeem, Mansher, and Rahees, confessed their motive. Police suspect possible involvement of Pakistan-based ISI handlers. The video, originating from Pakistan, was shared on WhatsApp groups with false audio claiming Bajrang Dal involvement.
