Luciano Frattolin, a Canadian cafe owner, has been charged with the second-degree murder of his 9-year-old daughter, Melina, in Ticonderoga, New York. The father and daughter were on vacation when Frattolin reported Melina missing, claiming she was abducted. However, police discovered inconsistencies in his statements and found Melina's body in a pond.
