Union Minister Ram Mohan Naidu addressed the Rajya Sabha about the Air India plane crash investigation. He stated that the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau follows a rule-based process. The AAIB is unbiased in its probe. Data from the plane's black boxes has been successfully decoded in India for the first time. The preliminary report is out.
