Ex-Nalco chief, wife convicted in graft case

An ED special court convicted Abhay Srivastava, former Nalco CMD, his wife, and two associates for money laundering. They were found guilty of receiving bribes from contractors in exchange for a coal supply tender. The investigation revealed illicit funds were used to purchase and conceal gold bars, stored in a bank locker operated by Srivastava's wife.
