2006 Mumbai train blasts: HC rubbishes reliability of prosecution witnesses
Posted
The Bombay High Court has cast serious doubt on the reliability of prosecution witnesses in the 11/7 train blasts case. The court highlighted the lack of authority of the special executive officer who conducted the test identification parade, a critical step after the accused's arrest. Consequently, the identification of three alleged planters was deemed invalid, significantly weakening the prosecution's case.
