Makarand Deshpande shared anecdotes from the 'Swades' set. He spoke about Shah Rukh Khan's humility. Khan drank buttermilk offered by a villager without hesitation. Deshpande also mentioned Khan's involvement in the road-trip song's choreography. Khan remembered Deshpande's theatre work after 13 years. Khan also did a cameo in Deshpande's indie film without charging any fee.
