Triptii Dimri revealed that while filming the intense romantic drama Dhadak 2, she and Aditya Thackeray created a lighthearted side-project they jokingly called Dhadak 3. Feeling left out of Siddhant Chaturvedi's action scenes, they improvised their own action sequences, even roping Siddhant in to be playfully defeated. Director Shazia Iqbal was initially confused by their antics during serious scene shoots.
