Tilaknagar buys Imperial Blue for Rs 4k cr from Pernod Ricard

Tilaknagar Industries is set to acquire Pernod Ricard India's Imperial Blue business for ₹4,150 crore, including a deferred payment. This acquisition, the largest in the Indian alcoholic beverage sector by an Indian company, enables Tilaknagar to enter the whisky market with a well-established brand.
