Renukaswamy murder case: SC pulls up High Court over bail to Darshan; calls ruling a 'perverse exercise of discretion'

He suggested the bail order resembled an acquittal. The Karnataka government sought cancellation of Darshan's bail. Renukaswamy was allegedly abducted and murdered in Bengaluru.
