India has firmly reiterated its opposition to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), deeming its expansion or third-party involvement, including Afghanistan's, as unacceptable. Minister Kirti Vardhan Singh informed the Rajya Sabha that India has consistently protested CPEC's inclusion in the Belt and Road Initiative, as it traverses Indian territories under Pakistan's illegal occupation.
