Javelin fans may have to wait longer for the next Neeraj Chopra versus Arshad Nadeem showdown. Nadeem recently underwent calf muscle surgery, casting doubt on his participation in the upcoming Diamond League event in Poland on August 16, and another event in Switzerland. At the 2024 Paris Olympics final, Nadeem won gold with a stunning throw of 92.97m, while Chopra took silver with a best effort of 89.45m.
