Can't decipher FIR, 1984 murder unsolved

The murder of an Army man during the 1984 anti-Sikh riots in Kanpur will remain unsolved due to an illegible FIR. Despite efforts by the CFSL to reconstruct the document, the names of the accused and incident details remain undecipherable. The Supreme Court has directed the SIT and UP police to keep the case open for further investigation based on new information.
