Delhi govt requests SC to review 2018 blanket ban affecting middle class the most
Posted
The Delhi government has asked the Supreme Court to rethink its 2018 ban. The ban prohibits older diesel and petrol vehicles in the National Capital Region. The government argues that newer BS-VI vehicles are much cleaner. They want a scientific study on the ban's necessity. The current rule disproportionately affects the middle class.
