IIM Vizag launches HP - ELEVATE training program for HPCL officers

The Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam (IIMV) has launched the ‘HP Elevate’ training series for officers of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), aiming to enhance leadership, ethics, and communication skills. Spanning 18 batches, the programme will benefit 580 officials from the Visakh refinery. Senior leaders from IIMV and HPCL underscored the growing need for managerial competence, strategic thinking, and ethical leadership in public service and highlighted the value of networking and collaboration in professional growth.
