Justice Yashwant Varma, facing a Parliament removal motion over cash found at his residence, has anonymously petitioned the Supreme Court to quash the inquiry report and the former CJI's recommendation for his removal. The Supreme Court is set to hear his plea, alongside another petition seeking an FIR against him.
