Setback to lenders: NCLT replaces RP in Anil Ambani's loan guarantee case

In a setback for lenders, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has replaced Jitender Kothari with Prashant Jain as the resolution professional (RP) in Anil Ambani's insolvency case related to a Rs 1,385-crore loan guarantee to SBI. Ambani accused Kothari of undue haste and seeking unrelated information, while Kothari denied the charges, supported by SBI.
