Posted
Kuwait has updated its traffic law, extending driving licence validity for Kuwaiti and GCC citizens to 15 years. Non-Kuwaiti expatriates will now receive licences valid for 5 years. This change, effective immediately, impacts various licence categories and aims to streamline bureaucracy while aligning with regional norms. Pre-2025 licences remain valid until expiry.
