IndusInd Bank Q1 profit drops 72% to Rs 604 crore
Posted
IndusInd Bank bounced back to profitability in the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, reporting a net profit of Rs 604.1 crore. However, this figure represents a significant 72.2% drop compared to the Rs 2,170.7 crore profit from the previous year. The decline is attributed to increased provisions and reduced core lending profitability, despite a substantial rise in other income.
