KATHMANDU: Continuous rainfall since last night has triggered flooding in Rasuwa district, disrupting road access to Rasuwagadhi and causing significant damage to infrastructure. Floodwaters from the Bhotekoshi River have blocked the Rasuwagadhi–Syafrubesi road section.
