NSDL IPO opens today: India’s oldest depository goes public with 4,012 crore IPO; should you subscribe? What analysts say

National Securities Depository Limited's IPO has opened. The IPO aims to raise Rupees 4,012 crore through an offer for sale. The price band was between Rupees 760 and Rupees 800 per share. Brokerages recommended subscribing to the IPO for long-term investment. NSDL reported Rupees 1,420 crore in revenue for fiscal year 2025. Profit after tax rose to Rupees 343 crore.
