'Video of burnt cash should not have been uploaded': SC accepts Justice Yashwant Varma's submission; but denies lapse in procedure
Posté
The Supreme Court addressed Justice Yashwant Varma's concern regarding the uploaded video of burnt currency notes found at his residence, acknowledging it shouldn't have been on the website. However, the court clarified that the publication doesn't invalidate parliamentary action against Justice Varma. Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal argued the video's release damaged his client's reputation.
