Shane Tamura, 27, fatally shot four individuals at a Manhattan office tower, including an NYPD officer, before taking his own life. The AR-15-style rifle used in the attack was purchased legally by his supervisor at the Horseshoe Las Vegas casino and then sold to Tamura.
