Journo behind Oscar-winning documentary shot dead

Awdah Hathaleen, a Palestinian journalist involved in the Oscar-winning documentary 'No Other Land', was shot dead. Co-director Yuval Abraham reported the incident, alleging an Israeli settler as the shooter. Hathaleen's family confirmed his death. The documentary gained recognition for portraying the destruction of Palestinian homes. Crew members faced travel and detention incidents recently.
