Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma reviewed preparations for the second edition of 'Nijut Moina', a scheme providing financial aid to girl students pursuing higher education. Launched last October, the initiative aims to curb child marriage by boosting enrollment in higher education. This year, forms will be available from August 6.
