Two generations, one goal: Mother-daughter duo cracks NEET, starts on medical journey

A 49-year-old physiotherapist from Tamil Nadu, Amuthavalli Manivannan, and her daughter, M. Samyuktha Krupalini, have both cleared NEET and are set to begin their medical education. Amuthavalli secured admission under the PwD category with 147 marks, while Samyuktha scored 450 and is competing in the general quota. Inspired by her daughter, Amuthavalli resumed studying after three decades. The duo attended separate counselling sessions and plan to pursue MBBS in different colleges.
