Saudi Arabia raises Saudization goals again, targets now as high as 80% in some sectors

Starting July 27, 2025, Saudi Arabia increases Saudization rates in pharmacy, dentistry, and technical engineering to align with Vision 2030. New quotas require private-sector establishments to meet specific Saudization percentages and salary thresholds. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development supports the reform with incentives and guidance to boost national workforce participation.
