Odisha will develop 835 model primary schools in the first phase of the Godabarish Mishra Adarsha Prathamik Vidyalaya scheme, spending Rs 7 crore per school. The initiative includes improving infrastructure, promoting STEM and vocational education, and ensuring transport for students in remote areas. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi emphasised quality education aligned with NEP 2020.
