Doubtful conduct of an accused not enough for conviction: SC
Posted
The Supreme Court overturned a murder conviction. The court stated that an accused's suspicious behavior isn't enough for a guilty verdict. There must be more evidence. The judges set aside earlier rulings. They emphasized conduct is just one factor. It needs strong support. An FIR admitting guilt is not fully admissible.
